Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods (including product releases, promotions, or high order volume), processing times may be extended.
- Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Note: Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize major carriers including, but not limited to:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is determined based on package size, weight, destination, and operational efficiency.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.
- Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier performance.
- Triad is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
- Triad is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders returned due to address errors will require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and coordinating receipt of delivery.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once a package is marked as βDeliveredβ by the carrier, Triad is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations and monitor tracking updates.
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), Triad will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
7. Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation
- Shipping insurance may be included or available depending on order value and shipping method.
- High-value shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery at our discretion.
All claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Retain all original packaging
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and contents
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will work with the shipping carrier to determine eligibility for a claim and resolution.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Orders refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to Triad.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.
10. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect against fraudulent transactions:
- Orders may be delayed or held for verification if flagged by our system.
- We reserve the right to request additional documentation to confirm order details.
- Triad reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud at our sole discretion.
11. Pre-Orders & Special Orders
- Pre-order items will ship once inventory is received and processed.
- Estimated ship dates are subject to change based on manufacturer and distributor timelines.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triad Group Investments is not liable for:
- Carrier delays or service interruptions
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
- Damage occurring during transit once the package has been transferred to the carrier
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier upon acceptance.
