Returns / Cancelations Policy

At The Triad Group, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide clear, fair, and consistent guidelines for returns while protecting the integrity of our products, including trading cards, collectibles, and luxury items.


General Return Guidelines
  • All returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition they were received, including all original packaging, tags, and certification documents (if applicable).

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All trading card game (TCG) singles and sealed products, including booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), and similar sealed items.

  • Blind boxes, mystery products, or surprise items.

  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.


Collectibles, Watches & High-Value Items
  • Luxury watches, graded cards, coins, and other high-value collectibles are final sale unless defective upon arrival.

  • Any defect or issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence.

  • Returns must include all original certification, packaging, and documentation. If these are missing, the return will not be accepted.


Defective or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@triadgroup.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide instructions for return shipping. In these cases, shipping costs may be covered by The Triad Group.


Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial refunds or restocking fees may apply if items are returned missing packaging, documentation, or in different condition than originally shipped.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange must complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
